Agent Code of Conduct

This Code outlines the behavioral and ethical expectations of agents under PRICE GROUP INC.

1. Professional Conduct

Agents must act professionally, respect clients, and provide accurate product information.

2. Compliance

Agents must obey:

  • State regulations
  • Carrier rules
  • Anti-fraud laws
  • TCPA and Do-Not-Call laws

3. Confidentiality

Agents must protect:

  • Leads
  • Client data
  • Training materials

4. Ethical Sales Practices

Agents must:

  • Recommend suitable products
  • Be transparent about costs
  • Never mislead prospects

5. Conduct Toward Other Agents

Agents must not harass, defame, or unethically recruit others.

6. Use of TPG Systems

Systems may not be copied or resold. All training materials, CRM systems, and proprietary information remain the intellectual property of PRICE GROUP INC.

7. Social Media Conduct

When representing PRICE GROUP INC or discussing your work, you must avoid:

  • False claims about earnings or results
  • Confidential disclosures about systems or strategies
  • Defamatory content about the company or other agents

8. Violations

Violations may result in:

  • Suspension of access to systems and leads
  • Termination of independent contractor agreement
  • Reports to carriers or regulators
