2. Independent Contractor Status

Agents are NOT employees. Agents:

• Set their own hours
• Pay their own taxes
• Cover their own expenses

3. Use of TPG Systems

You agree not to:

• Share logins
• Copy or recreate training materials
• Misuse leads
• Defame TPG or agents
• Violate laws

4. Leads & Data Usage

Leads provided are proprietary to PRICE GROUP INC and must be used in accordance with applicable regulations and carrier requirements.

5. Earnings & Performance

Earnings depend on:

• Skill
• Work ethic
• Sales consistency
• Market conditions

6. Intellectual Property

All systems and materials belong to PRICE GROUP INC.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Compliance violations
• Fraud
• Misconduct

8. Limitation of Liability

PRICE GROUP INC is not liable for:

• Lost income
• Chargebacks
• Carrier decisions
• System outages

9. Governing Law

Florida law governs this agreement.
