Lodge Pass holders receive one bed in a shared lodge suite for five nights. You can submit a roommate request during registration. Requests are considered, but they are not guaranteed, and TPG makes the final room assignments.

Arrival details
- The event runs Sunday, January 24 through Friday, January 29, 2027.
- Registered attendees will receive final lodge check-in, check-out, opening-session, and transportation details before the event.
- Do not book travel until you can accommodate the final arrival and departure windows.
You may fly into Knoxville (TYS) or drive to Sevierville, Tennessee. Confirm your route and travel time before booking transportation.
Booking flights? Leave enough time to reach the event after landing and to reach the airport after check-out.
Transportation details will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.

Ticket policy
Kickoff tickets are non-refundable.
You may request to transfer your ticket to another active TPG agent before the event begins. Email the request to info@thepricegroup.io. The transfer is not complete until The Price Group confirms it in writing and receives the replacement attendee's required registration information.
A transfer keeps the same ticket type. Lodge Pass transfers remain Lodge Passes, and Off-Site Pass transfers remain Off-Site Passes. Roommate requests are considered but are not guaranteed.
